We were always trained to have high standards for the service we provide and now it is very depressing to have to settle for low standards. Throughout the Company many people feel XPO will sell us and I feel the same.

That we still have Customers despite our standards dropping extremely low
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They have poor work ethics and need follow up training. They work slow and have no sense of urgency. They are sensitive and lazy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The standards that Conway had were very high and it was not all about profit. We charge premium prices for sub standard service. we need to go back to the circle of life and offer compensation to employees that stayed. We need to fix our building and especially our equipment. Spend money=make money
