The work is great I actually do like this job, just exhausted from being short handed and over worked. processes could be simplified

need more workers, 10-12hr days when your supposed to work 8hrs/day, we are over worked ran into the ground, my entire team is exhausted
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
some temporary employees make more then people who have been here for 5 yrs and worked their tails off. Respect would be nice. If you quiet you get over looked no matter how hard you work,
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
communication would be nice, if something changes say something. Do not belittle others, showing up to work on time and everyday, others who work their tails off get punished with more hours and less help who people call in
