
The time accrued or PTO, and the Medical benefits are solid.
To be clear, I am referencing my Supervisors, they are committed, reliable, accountable, and flexible, with a very can do outlook.
When I see an associate who has been struggling, or having difficulty reaching productivity goals, finally put all of their training, and experience together, and hit their goals. When that light comes on, and they know it, that's pretty cool!
Currently, there is not much given the continued volume of Overtime, but I would have to say inclusiveness, and some of the attempts made to show appreciation for the floor associates, but at the same time, that same appreciation is rarely, to not at all, extended to Ops Managers, or Supervisors.
