This is my 6th week, while the learning curve has been steep I KNOW my journey at XPO is going to be GREAT! I have had good training and I learning so much and taking in so much information. So far so GOOD!

Most want to do their best so the company can be the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Again, this is my 6th week, I am not really sure yet but I LOVE getting paid for what I love.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is my 6th week and from what I can tell there is an open door policy and everyone is super helpful.
