In the modern environment our industry is one of the last few that can't truly accommodate working from home and / or flexibility of hours which, though not a problem, is very limiting by modern standards, and Ibelieve this should attract premium compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culturally its achievement focus - though this seems geared much more heavily toward the customer My specific location is a very old site - badly in need of modernisation / updating so unfortunately the only plus point id that it tends to be clean.
