Been here 6 years, was with Menlo Logistics before XPO, its been pretty good, fast paced, chaotic at times, but so far I have learned a lot and am used to the pace, although at times its still fast.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company is not realistic in the peer or industry comparisons for salaries. IT staff are underpaid and technical certifications or security clearances are not taken into consideration for compensation.
