I love my job and what I do but Money is not there
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing everyone like I said they are like family. I love my department (domestic)
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like my family. Some days they wanna get stuff done and kicking but then other days are not so much. But I love my team and wouldn't want them to go anywhere else
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need a raise! I do a lot for my department including going to other sites when needed. I do high value, I train some people that come in my department, GUTS tickets I do everything.
