I have been with XPO for 24 years and love my job, but this past year and half has been the challenging. I have never seen service, lost freight and damages like now. Customers feel we are par at best at the moment and more concerned with revenue than service

Customer being happy with or service and seeing growth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my location it would the Knowledge and overall experience we have.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we allowed to make Bonus monthly, do not agree with Goals and Bonus payout
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we feel comfortable going to each other, everyone is willing to help the other. We have a strong Team with great knowledge
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think leadership is trying, but I do not feel Sales and Operations are on the same team. Sales is asking for more and more business-Operations is saying they cannot handle
