It is not fair as a 6-year XPO employee with so many trainings to be paid the same amount as a new 6 months starter.

I don't see anymore my chances to build a career within the company. No matter what I do, they have unethical standards to promote staff...

The High-level Managers are so professional and skilled. But when comes to the intermediate class, there is a huge difference... I don't understand anymore how this company promotes its values when assigning new managers (team leaders, shift managers)...
