Again. Appreciation for all our hard work, the people at the top of this company need to show that they care about us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working at Barnsley UK, the Management Team don't care about us working throughout the pandemic, they haven't given us any appreciation what so ever. A COVID Appreciation payment / Bonus would go along way to say ' Thank you ' to all the Colleagues that have worked extremely hard.
