XPO/GXO is an amazing company and I am proud to be working here, unfortunately at site level we do not have the colleague engagement or development other sites have in europe or the US. This is a shame as I believe in our company. I really wished I could have the opportunity to make change here.

I would like to see equality and be able to use our experience and expertise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some very talented people, nice to be able to have the opportunity to see them develop.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Global team are amazing, portraying to us all to embrace change and innovation. I would like to see local management adopt the same principals.
What makes you most happy at work?
To utilise my experience and strengths, to be able to progress and not be held back due to language or not being friends with senior management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At a certain level our culture is amazing, unfortunately our senior management do not share the same values and the site lacks culture/ethos. However we have some amazing people who despite the circumstances still create a team ethos/culture.
