The atmosphere at this location is negative. Our manager is virtually non existent and seems to not care. There was a point in time when I had hoped to move up. Managers at this location are not aware of the years of experience sitting under their noses. And sadly they don't care.

Seeing and interacting with my co workers.

They seem to want to make things better.

The encouragement I receive from my co workers.

The wage is very good.

We all get along and understand that we are the only ones who will encourage one another.
