Everyone should be held to the same standards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are smart about driving up the market value of XPO.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate my grandfathered in PTO rate. The rate for new hires is pretty average to sub par.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know the executive team is heavily invested in XPO stock so I know what they're going to try and do. I like the predictability.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This is just not an exciting career field. Nothing much can be changed to make moving stuff from A to B more fun. However if we had some nicely funded and alcohol included company events everyone would gel together much more. There's no unity right now at our location.
