So far so good. A little hectic getting into a new industry and is still a daunting experience, but I am confided in the company's future and am happy with my team.

I liked the sign-on bonus and the bonus incentives for performance of myself and the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is comprised of people with engineering backgrounds and those with operations background, so it is a very nice team to be in where you can draw from everybody's expertise. The team is also always ready to help our own team and the company.
