The culture and environment is very inclusive to everyone.

I like the different new things that are always part of my day. No day seems to be the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to keep everyone informed about new things going on with the company. The leadership team also makes it a priority to listen to employee's feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see a better bonus program for hourly employees who have been with the company a long time. The current market rates are slow to be included in the current pay structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team feels and acts like family. We care about all of us on the team and we really care about each other's spouses and their well being. We celebrate each other's good times are are there to comfort each other in the bad times as well.
