We're incredibly entrepreneurial, with fast decision-making capabilities, very little (if any!) red tape/bureaucracy, and lots of latitude to be creative problem-solvers!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love their transparency, authenticity and focus on regular, open communication with the organization about our priorities and progress against key initiatives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're so collaborative with and inspired by one another. We're all similarly hardworking, intelligent and energetic, but not so alike that we don't have diversity of perspective. Collectively, we have it all!
What makes you most happy at work?
I learn something new every day (literally!) from the fantastic colleagues I work with, who bring such varied and diverse backgrounds and experiences to the table. I become better and better at what I do every day through discovery, trial-and-error and incidental learning.
