Im thankful to have a position and will continue to strive to be great! I do feel as if upper management could do things differently to make it fair for all employees but overall i am glad to be apart.

Im blessed to have a job, I enjoy dealing with the customers as well as our drivers. I appreciate the opportunity to have a position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not appreciated enough when working on 3rd shift, seems as if you dont exist. Promotions are not offered in seniority. Seems the better you work the more they expect and dont address the issues with employees slacking.
