large expatriate experience over more than 6 countries , big difference regarding Countries development approach , XPO is very strong in US and UK, but completely absent in the rest of the world ... compared to the other big LSP ( like DHL, KN, DB S etc )

To develop the business and help workers to reach their targets and career path
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
probably to be more factual, less administrative . we should put back Ops in the center of gravity of the company ,today we spent to much time with financial report and HR reporting . and finally give more entrepreneurship to the managers .
