I am delighted and grateful to be able to work in my company. Since I have worked in XPO, I have developed and grown so well; there are neverending opportunities which is fantastic.

What makes you most happy at work?
I do love the work I do, and that's my central happiness. Also, my co-workers I am working with make me feel welcome, and they are very supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For all the continuous hard work I am doing all year and all additional tasks and projects to make sure everything is done as smooth as possible, I don't feel that my salary is fair enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company gives me lots of development opportunities which I am happy to take with both hands. I like my company because in there everything is about people requirements needs. XPO is fantastic in regards to supporting their workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are working together no matter what. The team bond we have between us is powerful, and that makes me feel at home. We all have each other backs and will help each other any time. I have never in my life worked with a better team.
