Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i work 55 hours a week in busy times, and try to compensate in less busy times. Do to poeple leaving XPO at management functions there is a continuous flow of questions coming my way to get all staff updated to the XPO GLO standards and SWI's.
