If I like working @ XPO it is for the small team of colleagues collaborating together and for the customers trusting us. I do not get motivated by XPO as a company, my situation hasn't improved, we have to do the work with less, we can't deliver the expectations in time and it keeps increasing.

The recent changes in the team (people leaving others being appointed)

A small team that works together, good interaction and supporting eachother

The collaboration with the team, the possibility in my job to create content

nothing - it is the collaboration between our small team that is making it positive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The monthly salary and the company car (as they contrinute to society and are the base for pension and social security)
