I do not know about any compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are not a team. A team leader should make a team. But when they are focused on other things not on team....
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best care for people. Talk kindly with people. When you go to report something most of the time is not taken any measure. People feel nobody care about them. Are stressed about performance. Anyone tell them how to reach performance. Or haw to work safe a good. Not A lot of equipment is faulty.
What makes you most happy at work?
I m happy when i work. But i m not happy when someone is check me all day. I understand but this cause a lot off stress. If i make something wrong tell me but not all day send me amsj with performance. And stress me work work work. We are not robots. If people was aloud to stay 5 10 min.
