All of my Christmases have come at once, with the arrival of XPO, if I were Chaf, ( a salary thief hiding in my comfort zone) I'd would be retraining as Wheat. The reaper has arrived!

What makes you most happy at work?
That we are XPO now!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are an open book contract, client expectation is 110%, with reimbursement presently at 65% of all comparable employers, all are recruiting pro-actively. Pay review is announced 6/21, temporary staff are +50%£'s per H, many long term loyal employees are awaiting Monday
What are some of the best things about your team?
Loyalty, faith, humour, work ethics, skill, knowledge, adaptability, reliability, determination, resilience, professional, polite. I could wax lyrical, these guys n gals are the salt of the earth. Many have already left, remainers are waiting on Monday, ALL have own transport, Arla (not xpo) wake up
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Genuine approachability & openess. So, we are still newbies to XPO, the first 9 months have been a G-Force learning curve for some, not least with C19 & a few other teething problems in middle management, but engagement has replaced dogged scepticism,I alongside the other early adopters are excited!
