Accountability, planning, listen more to hourly employee,s ideas. stop acting like dictatorship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CDL drivers are grossly underpaid. Needs to be adjusted with current competetive companys to keep our drivers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be accountable. pay raises need to come around more often. when have we all got a raise from xpo ? YEARS!
