I feel the work that my managers are putting on me is way to much and expect more than I can handle. If I could find a job somewhere else I would because of this and not begin allowed to have 2 days off back to back. I see my husband if am luck 10 hours a week

what keeps me working in the area I am in is the support I get from my coworkers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Direct manager does not seem to care or understand by not begin down here in the market to help support his people how it is effecting us and our Loews partnership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get direct managers on the ground with us and work with us. When asking for direct manage to be here and meet with stores or carriers . Just make the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
work life balance is not there. We as OM should be allowed to have our 2 days off back to back. AS long as the market has coverage what is the difference. for the amount of time and effort we put in pay does not come close to where it should be We also work 10-14 hours aday.
