Love the company, love my job, love my coworkers. We however don't have a say when we have problems, and fear of bringing up issues holds us back with the feeling of no help.

4 of my team members have been together for 1+ years. We are like family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
With moral as low as it is, the only positive among ALOT of us, from all buildings and departments is that we have a job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually listen to the employee when ALL of them express concerns/issues and act upon them. Many supervisors, managers do not know the job, and when employees have concerns, they are not addressed. Lowest moral among employees at this site ever!!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management. Being able to have direct access to the upper upper management to express our concerns without going through chain of command; without fear of retribution would be a great start to help! Going to current management falls on deaf ears. They dont care.
