I used to enjoy coming to work, management has made very poor decisions and don't include the people who do the tasks in the decision making. The management has completely destroyed me wanting to come to work. I feel like there are no more opportunities here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The best start would be management not hiring bad candidates to begin with. You can't polish a turd.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor hiring decisions, understaffing, people are apathetic, whenever we bring things up and asks questions, leadership ignores it completely.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership team needs to do a better job at hiring competent employees, and employees need to be included in decisions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is that all of our leads know that whenever we bring something up, we will be ignored.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because merit raises have been eliminated, bonus structure is based off other employees performance so I have no control of that.
