Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company uses a paint brush approach for compensation, regardless of the scope of their responsibility. Pay should not be the same for someone managing a site of 30 people versus a site of 200. The scope of work is not considered which makes me feel under appreciated,
