They need to be more considerate of those around them and pull the same weight. There is no consistent punishment for bad employees

Dealing with individuals not bottom line. A person needs to feel as important as the bottom line profit they help generate. Bad management lose good employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems company benefits reward the bad for being good, not the good for being consistent. A consistently good employee should be shown more appreciation than the one off good of a bad employee
