I have been with the company for almost 7 years. I have applied for 13 promotions and have never been promoted. I keep being told by my management that I am an awesome employee and am vital and highly needed, but yet, I have never been promoted.

There has been no opportunities for growth/advancement with my management.

There should be more opportunities for advancement and the pay should be a comparable rate to other employers.
