I have worked for XPO for quite a long time. I have been able to move around the company and find positions that both I and the company have and continue to benefit from.

Clear and consistent communication via Email, XPO Facebook etc. .

Our team works well together and helps each other out when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do, we have a great team and Manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we have a voice that our leaders listen to. Our ideas are heard and changes are made based on those ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
POT time is good however I would like to be able to use my 300+ hours of GF sick time. I worked hard to get it I should be able to use it or get paid for it.
