I've learned more at XPO than at any other organization that I've been a part of. (I've spent 8 years here after 10 years at a prior employer.) I've grown and matured throughout my time here as I've seen the business grow and mature as well. Hoping the best is yet to come!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to have a continued focus on supporting the staff through open and transparent lines of communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
XPO is FILLED with competent, smart, inquisitive, collaborative and innovative people. The environment encourages collaboration and engagement which I believe is directly linked to the org's success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Integrity, collaboration, communication, loyalty, inquisitive, driven, positive... I could go on. My team is top notch, hitting targets and taking names. Seeing them grow and develop is one of the highlights of my time here at XPO.
What makes you most happy at work?
A job "well" done. It can be tough to "finish" with some of the more complex scenarios that we face but there are few better feelings in the workplace than going from root cause analysis to solution implementation with this group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I feel appreciated, I don't always feel "valued" as value is a direct reflection of compensation. As a consistent "A" rated team member I always look to support by taking on more while providing above standard results but compensation still does not match my title/responsibility.
