I have been here several years, have been passed over for promotions for people less qualified than me. I finally get the promotion and they didn't back fill my old position, so I'm still doing that. We have a new management team that is trying to fix everything the old one didn't.

Our engagement team works hard to keep the morale high and positive

I saw the hourly associates get market value raises but salary employees didn't.

their teamwork and how they rise to the meet any issue no matter the situation
What makes you most happy at work?
Being successful at the end of day. Getting all the orders out, especially since we started a new system
