I have worked at XPO for over 4 years and have helped open most of the new accounts in the area and have worked with problem accounts as well. I have been passed over for promotion or relocating several times. Even thou I have worked hard and been a team player.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to create a better work culture and make it more inviting.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to hold all managers to the same standard and expectations. Some lack the knowledge and frankly do not wanna learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am performing tasks on multiple levels. While counterparts do not participate or simply sit on tables in the middle of the floor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have hard working supervisors who try and make the best decisions based on the needs of the business. The customer changes directions many times during a shift. Making this impossible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to ensure they are more engaged and involved with managers and holding all managers to the same standard. Not turn a blind eye to activities or in-actions by a manager on other shifts.
