I love my job and the satisfaction I get completing each day's work. I love working from home and have the best remote team and leadership. I am challenged and credited with a job well done. I feel I can ask questions about anything work related. I value these things. Learning and growing.

Everyone is right there to lend a hand. No one ever is too busy to help out, no matter what the task.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy working from home. I like interacting with my coworkers but my position requires a quiet space and few interruptions so I'm glad to do my job from home. I love my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very effective in getting the team to raise the bar. I am especially proud of the way they rallied the troops during the pandemic and continue to keep all of us together. The only turnovers were for promotions. Awesome job!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the 401K 100% match and the working from home benefits. I believe the working from home has allowed me and my colleagues to concentrate more on the job and less on the hectic noise in the office. I find myself being able to use more brain power for my job while not thinking about commuting.
