I wish the Operations team cared as much as the Sales team does.

Being in Sales and not having to see the Operations people too much.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve the LTL service; stop missing pick ups, stop damaging and losing freight. Hold your management team accountable. The bad attitudes start from the top and trickle down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales team always helps one another. I cannot say the same for the Operations team. They are a disgrace. No one and I mean NO ONE cares . Very sad!
