Has some work to make it better but it is awesome working here just don't rely on everyone to see the correct ways fully. It can feel like babysitting seeing and tending all the stuff needs corrected, but it is worth my time to join in helping a wonderfully pleasant team exceed customer expectations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all share common goals here ultimately, and we become one happy family keeping up to date. We always do amazing job keeping our metics close to 100.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the leadership's passion for transparency and personability. We are treated well and they genuinely care. We are treated very well! My only complaint is that within half a year or less at entry-level, I constantly have answers that people with years of tenure don't see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all keep up our metrics above 90%. We all know what we came here for, even when we have obnoxious obstacles to put to rest because it needs changed to follow procedure. Change is so fast that people can't seem to keep up on proper procedure. Straying from procedure causes too many gaps not seen
