The opportunity we have ahead of us, as a company, my contribution to the team and making progress towards our goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation has been increased year after year based on an inadequate/traditional scale limited to my manager's discretion with disregard of my performance and contribution to the company/goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, like many, is diverse and significant in number. The perspective that each brings to the table is encouraging and enriching when tackling our challenges and collaborate to reach our company goals
