My salary is at the minimum market range, the team is too small and recruiting new members is not an options so huge amount of overtime in needed to perform minimum job requirements.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is proactive, smart and hard working, going above and beyond to reach the goals. Unfortunately, we have lots of bumps and problems in the way coming from the coworkers or management team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Local culture is totally wrong, communication is very limited, HR is not at all people oriented, and the good hard working employees are most likely to be replaced by the ones that are someones favorite, not based on capacity.
