I'm happy with the salary, but the benefits system is not as good as other companies (for example maternity leave)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is few people that make me smile & the most important thing is opportunities. Xpo is giving me good opportunities to develop myself.

I have few good friends at work. as I'm in the country only for few years, work gave me my new 'family' to be with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that you are trying to keep everyone involved. Workspace is a good idea to inform people about changes etc - but we could have more of it within Europe
