There is no culture in our company. I can't find anything positive regarding the environment. We share headphones and laptops... We don't have sunlight.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The only compensation package is the salary and medical services. We don't have anything other than that. Take a look in the market and conclude if this is fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management team in Romania needs to be evaluated. Their level of professionalism must be assessed. They do not care about their employees and they use threats to convey any message.
