My immediate leadership is wonderful and cares about me and my growth, about work/life balance and about my future. The support functions at our company, IT,HR, Claims Dept. though, create operational obstacles at every turn and do not truly support the operation.

Being able to lead a team to success, to grow talent and allow others to succeed and provide for their families
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate team is great but are limited by the HR policies that infringe on us being up able to reward and maintain good talent
What are some of the best things about your team?
Harfworking, Loyal, CAre about the TEAM, have gone through the hardest of times together and come out stronger. Even amidst the staffing shortage were 6 days and long hours required they pushed through and rose to the occasion. We may be battle weary but we are better together.
