Stagnant. I was originally hired as part of a Management Training Program, but 5 years later and I still have the same job title and there has been very little training/development done to assist my growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing a project or starting a new one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More emphasis on merit for raises. More opportunity for fast tracking development.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We just have a few bad hires that probably weren't ready for a promotion or are a bad fit that were hired externally.
