I've enjoyed myself tremendously here. People work with me if I do have an issue. Have had a few bad experiences where something I say may be taken out of context but I'm learning to work on that, that's on me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a team that will work. No complaining.

Go getters all of them. We're going to get the job done safely and efficiently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If I have any issue, there's an open door that I can walk in and talk to my supervisor about anything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If I have an unexpected need to miss work, I have PTO to fall on if I have earned enough time for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We enjoy each other. As someone who enjoys laughter, we can kid around without using or being offended. That's a huge plus considering the way things in the world are today.
