Overall my experience here has been good. This is a job though and at the end of the day I am doing this to provide income for my family. The commission structure should be revised to increase payouts to agents. I believe it would be a win win for the employee and the employer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm an experienced & knowledgeable agent that puts forth a lot of effort and I'm very efficient at finding ways to generate margin. The commission system I'm working off of is outdated & doesn't motivate me as it should. A better system would generate more money for the company & pay more to agents.
