What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't really speak on this. There is so much of the old Conway mindset still at our office. I choose to embrace XPO values and positivity in everything I do with both my co-workers and my customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a difference with my customers so they feel good about shipping with XPO. I like having a busy and productive day with minimal distraction and interruption. So of course remote work suited me well. However I am eager to see some of my co-workers again.
