I have seen many changes over my 20 + years. The majority of it has been a great experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am sure they are competitive with the market but for some families, the copays are not manageable so I cannot get the treatment needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They bring knowledge and experience in the LTL world which is needed since we sell A service. We need people who know what it takes.
What makes you most happy at work?
I would have answered this question differently a few months ago. Management has changed and I feel we are moving in the right direction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been here for 20+ years. This is the first time in a long time I work with people who like me. I like the diversity and programs they introducing to help grow current talent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I was extremely unhappy with my last manager (a few months ago). I felt they only cared about developing people who they "liked" not the ones who could do the job. I see our company making the right changes to care about employees and development.
