The early years came with lots of difficulties due to management, my direct supervisor's best friend made it her mission to cause trouble for me and made it difficult to work with my supervisor and manager.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My supervisor has created a very comfortable open door policy. I know I can come to her about anything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure what I like best about the leadership as a whole, but I love my working relationship with my immediate supervisor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure, the pay range is so varied. I'm doing the same job as other's but I've been passed on because my previous supervisor's friend didn't like me.
