XPO – Overall, working here has given me great experience. The compensation for the stress level is too low. The demands are high and the benefits are lacking. The amount you get for a promotion isn't determined on performance or responsibility, but the amount you currently make. It makes us feel unvalued | Comparably

What makes you most happy at work?

My team supporting each other.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work hard together, some of us more than others. Some of us are more willing to go the extra mile to make life better for everyone else.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are diverse and willing to give people a chance to prove what they can do, even if they lack the experience. Our hub is like a family.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

As part of the leadership team within our building I think that we all work well together and management above me is always helpful and ready to work with us to assist when needed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Promotion salaries are based off of the amount you're currently making. I worked for XPO for two years at $15 an hour and never once received a merit raise. That affected my salary as a manager when I was promoted and I am still held to the same standard as those that were hired making more than me.
