the support and trust. Their ambition, drive, passion, teamwork, willingness to go hard for the hub
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the amount of hours you put in on a day to day does not allow a work life balance or doesn't pay out for what you put in. as for compensation the amount of the merit raise should either be more or giving more frequently.
